Basma Double Sided Vest

With this beautiful vest, Nukka was inspired by the traditional “basma” or “broboadă,” a Romanian headscarf worn by women but also girls, made from beautifully colored wool with lively prints or simply black (by women),  depending on the region. Some had long tassels and some small cluster tassels. The Eastern-European traditional wear has used these wool accessories also as scarves (batic) or as shoulder covers.

We took these beautiful colored wool and cotton fabrics and turned them into versatile vests that are double-sided, allowing you to enjoy either as statement vests, burating of vibrant colora or as neutral black vests with long tassels to compliment any outfit.

Available for both girls and women.

Sizes for girls: 116 to 164cm

Sizes for women: S/M (36-40) and M/L (40-44)
